This site belongs to Top Line Painting LLC, which you will also see on this site as Top Line Painting & Construction. We are a painting and construction contractor working in Yakima, Washington and Eastern Washington.

The text, photos, logo, and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Please do not copy our project photos or our content to use for another business.

Project photos show real work we have done. Every property and every surface is different, so your project will not look identical to a photo.

Estimates are free and come with no obligation. The information on this site is meant to give you a general idea. It is not a firm offer and it is not a contract.

The price, scope of work, materials, schedule, and any warranty for your project are whatever appears in the written estimate you sign with us. If anything on this site does not match that signed document, the signed document is the one that governs.

Promotions come with conditions. Some projects do not qualify, offers cannot be combined with each other, and we may change or end them at any time. Ask us for the full details before counting on a discount.

This site does not take payments. There is no shopping cart and no online checkout.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we provide it as is. We do not promise that everything will always be exact, complete, or available without interruption.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages that come from using this website, such as lost data or lost profits. This is about the website. It does not limit anything we agreed with you in a signed estimate for work on your property.

This site links out to places we do not control, such as our social media pages and our reviews. When you click one of those links you leave our site, and the rules and privacy policy of that other place apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
