Francisco Jimenez has been in the painting industry for over 10 years. He started Top Line Painting & Construction in 2018 because he saw too many contractors treating jobs like transactions — in and out, no real investment in the outcome.
Top Line was built on a different belief: that the homeowner or business owner who trusts you with their property deserves a contractor who takes that trust seriously. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and never leaving a job until it's done right.
Today, Top Line serves all of Eastern Washington. But it's still Francisco who picks up the phone, reviews the quotes, and checks the finished work. That won't change.

Added commercial painting and new construction services to serve Eastern Washington businesses.
General Contracting
Launched full general contracting — roofing, remodeling, and siding added to the service lineup.
